Speaking Engagements
Are you a vegetarian organization interested in hosting a presentation on vegetarian history? I have extensive experience speaking to both academic and non-academic organizations on the topic. Specific areas of interest include: general vegetarian American history, history of vegetarianism in Chicago, history of vegetarian restaurants, vegetarian recipes and cookery, vegetarianism and reform.
Interview requests are also welcomed, I have experience talking on the subject to both print and television.
